Full Time Commitment: I am a full time Realtor and pride myself on providing my clients with outstanding personal care. I limit the amount of listings I have at any time (usually five or less) in order to have sufficient personal resources for everyone. Your questions and those of potential buyers will be answered by me. You can rely on my expertise and that of my personal assistant Sue Lucas(a licensed real estate appraiser and licensed sales agent) for unmatched attention to detail.
In-Depth Market Analysis: At the onset of our relationship I will walk through your home to evaluate features and assess their impact on value. Shortly thereafter I will supply you with a printed market analysis including a suggested value range. The market analysis also includes a specific marketing plan and valuable neighborhood facts that are helpful to potential buyers.
An advertising policy that sets me apart!
The art of effective marketing involves exposure through a variety of media. Your property will be showcased weekly. My listings are not advertised on a revolving basis! Unless requested otherwise, an MLS listing will be generated. I run ads in many newspapers and magazines regularly including but not limited to: Exclusively Yours, M Magazine (Formally Lifestyles), Journal/Sentinel, Business Journal and Lake Country Reporter. All listing are featured on my web site. A virtual tour of your home's interior will be created and available on my web site and at Realtor.com. In addition, laminated color postcards will be mailed to any areas we feel our buyer may be coming from. Custom mailers and e-mails are often used to attract buyers from a specific group or area. After we identify the truly unique and desirable features your home has to offer, we will design a custom marketing plan that serves you best.
I know your Buyer!: Being a full service Realtor, and utilizing all that modern technology has to offer, attracts many inquiries from potential buyers. Often they have very specific criteria for the property they wish to purchase. I have an ongoing relationship with many buyers and provide information to guide them in their search. It is not unusual for me to know 2 or 3 people who may be interested in your home before we even start to advertise!
